At Bananhot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Items
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
